Ready-Made Signs
Ready-made products can be ordered directly through the website. An order is considered accepted after successful payment confirmation.
Custom Address Signs
Custom Address Signs are produced individually based on the customer’s request and specifications.
After reviewing the request, Wood4Light provides a quotation including the estimated price, production time, and order details.
Production begins only after the quotation has been approved and a 30% deposit has been received.
Custom Design Signs
Custom Design Signs are created individually and may require additional planning, finishing techniques, or artistic development.
After reviewing the request, Wood4Light provides a quotation including the estimated price, production time, and project details.
Production begins only after the quotation has been approved and a 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is paid according to the terms specified in the quotation.
Wood4Light reserves the right to request additional information, clarify project details, or decline requests that cannot be produced using available materials, techniques, or production methods.
4. Production and Delivery Times
Order processing, preparation, and shipping times depend on the type of product, current order volume, selected finishing options, and the nature of handmade production.
Some products may require additional time for preparation, decorative coatings, handcrafted finishing, material drying, and final inspection before shipment.
Handmade production and working with natural materials require careful preparation and compliance with production processes, which are part of the quality and individuality of Wood4Light products.
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping provider, destination region, and external circumstances beyond the control of Wood4Light.
All production and delivery times provided by Wood4Light are estimates and may vary depending on production workload, material availability, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipping
Wood4Light ships to available regions and countries listed on the website at the time of placing the order.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and any other necessary details.
After the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery timelines and the shipping process depend on the corresponding logistics operator.

To preserve the appearance and longevity of the product, appropriate installation and usage conditions should be followed.
Wood4Light is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable usage conditions, unauthorized modifications, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
7. Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for reviewing the return conditions before placing an order.
Products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Wood4Light recommendations and intended use. Damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable environmental conditions, exposure to weather conditions contrary to the installation recommendations, unauthorized modifications, mechanical impact, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear shall not be considered a valid reason for a return, refund, replacement, or warranty claim.

Custom-made products are subject to the separate Refund & Returns Policy and may not qualify for return rights available for standard ready-made products.
