Wood4Light strives to prepare and ship orders within reasonable timeframes while maintaining the quality, care, and individuality of handmade production.

Shipping options displayed during checkout apply primarily to ready-made products available for direct purchase through the website.

7. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring timely receipt of the order.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, transportation is performed by an independent logistics operator. Wood4Light is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other delivery issues occurring during transportation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an order is unclaimed, returned by the shipping provider, or delivery becomes impossible due to incorrect information, recipient absence, or other circumstances related to the customer, reshipping may require additional shipping payment.

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the condition of the package upon delivery before opening it. If visible damage to the packaging is noticed, customers are encouraged to document it with photographs and retain the packaging for possible review with the shipping provider.

Any visible shipping damage should be reported to Wood4Light as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and preferably within 48 hours of receipt. Reports should include clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product where applicable.

After opening the package, customers should inspect the product without undue delay and retain all original packaging materials until the product has been checked and accepted. Packaging materials may be required for damage investigations, shipping claims, or verification of delivery-related issues.

For certain delivery methods, receiving the shipment may require identity verification or compliance with local delivery regulations.
